The four steps

$LOT is the entry token for every draw.
Enter the draw
Commit $LOT to the open draw to receive entries.
The draw runs
Entries are snapshotted, then the winning entry is drawn.
The pool is shared out
The prize pool goes to the drawn entries and the result is published.
Entering a draw
Every entry is recorded against the draw it was made in, and the entry list is published with the result.

- A wallet that can hold $LOT
- Enough $LOT for the entry you want
- 18+ only, where participation is permitted.

The entry list is frozen when the draw closes, and the winning entry is drawn from that snapshot with a seed published beside the result.
